How quickly can you provide staff?
We give you a realistic timeline as soon as we receive your request – it depends on the position, the number of workers and the desired start date. For the summer season, we recommend sending your request well in advance.
Which positions can you fill?
Skilled and general positions – year-round and for the summer season – in hospitality (HoReCa), construction, logistics and warehousing, transport, manufacturing, agriculture and cleaning. If your sector is not listed, just ask us.
How are candidates selected?
We select candidates according to your requirements – qualification, experience, language skills and documents. We interview them, check their information and prepare them for the interview with you.
Do you organize transport?
Yes. We organize the workers' transport to your location.
Do you support the worker after arrival?
Yes. During the first weeks we stay in contact with the worker and help with initial accommodation, registration with the authorities, health insurance and a bank account, so the start goes smoothly.
Do you only work with these six countries?
No. These are our main destinations, but we also recruit for employers in other European countries. Send us your request and we will tell you how we can help.

Do I have to pay anything?
All conditions — including any costs related to your placement, transport or accommodation — are explained to you clearly and set out in your written contract before you sign and before departure. There are no hidden costs.
What documents do I need?
A valid ID card or passport and a CV. Depending on the job, also proof of qualifications, a driving licence or other certificates. We tell you exactly which documents the position requires.
Do I need to speak the local language?
It is not mandatory, but it is an advantage. Depending on the country and the job, basic English or the local language (e.g. German, Italian, Greek, Spanish or Portuguese) helps. The exact requirements depend on the position and the employer.
