Our story
ELITE CONNECT GROUP was founded in Craiova on a simple conviction: a successful hire starts with the right people and continues with the right support. We have worked in recruitment and workforce placement for more than 10 years. We started in Romania, helping local employers find people they can rely on, and we recruited and integrated workers from outside the European Union – handling every formality, from work permits to their first days in the new job.
Every placement taught us the same lesson: a good job is more than a signed contract. It is a worker who knows what to expect, and an employer who gets exactly the profile they need. With this experience we expanded abroad. Today we place workers year-round in Switzerland, Austria and Italy and seasonal staff for the summer in Greece, Spain and Portugal – and we also work with employers in other European countries. We prepare every worker before departure, accompany them on the way and keep supporting them after their first day at work.
For employers, we are one partner for the entire process. For candidates, we are the people who stay by their side – from the first call to the first weeks at work.
